Sysmex XN-450
ConnectivityWise puts every XN-450 result in your EHR the moment the run finishes and tells your staff it's ready. One simple price per location covers it, along with every other instrument you run.
Tests the XN-450 runs
We'll confirm which of these your XN-450 is configured to run during implementation.
About the XN-450 Automated Hematology Analyzer
The XN-450 is the closed-mode sampling instrument in Sysmex's XN-L Series for lower volume labs, with an integrated IPU and LCD color touchscreen. It carries the same technology as the larger XN-Series (fluorescent flow cytometry for the differential and reticulocytes, DC impedance with hydrodynamic focusing for RBC and platelets, and the cyanide-free SLS method for hemoglobin) and delivers an automated six-part differential with immature granulocyte enumeration on every sample. It runs up to 60 samples per hour in whole blood mode from a 25 µL aspiration, with a Low WBC mode for accurate counts on leukopenic samples. Reticulocyte parameters and a body fluid mode are available as optional licenses. Learn more about the instrument at the manufacturer's product page.
Why practices connect the XN-450
The CBC is finished in about a minute. Getting it into the chart should not take longer than the test did. Sending results automatically means the count reaches the record as soon as the run completes, with no printout to carry and nothing to retype, and staff are notified when it arrives.
Send XN-450 results to your EHR
Results from the XN-450 file into whichever EHR you run, matched to the order where you use one. We connect to any EHR or EMR that accepts results.
XN-450 connectivity questions
Can the XN-450 connect to my EHR?
Yes. ConnectivityWise interfaces the Sysmex XN-450 and posts its results into your EHR automatically, matched to the order where you use one, or filed directly where you don't. Nobody retypes a value.
Which EHRs can the XN-450 send results to?
Any EHR or EMR that accepts results, including Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Oracle Health, Greenway, and PointClickCare. Automatic result upload works with any order and results workflow.
Does quality control from the XN-450 get captured?
ConnectivityWise captures quality control results alongside patient results, so your CLIA records are complete when an inspector asks. What a given instrument reports varies by device, so we confirm exactly what your XN-450 emits during implementation.
What does it take to connect a XN-450?
The Data Sync Agent, one small install on any Windows computer in your organization, collects results from the instrument and syncs them securely to the ConnectivityWise cloud. A single installation covers every instrument and location you have, and a named human guides the setup and validation end to end.
