About the XN-430 Automated Hematology Analyzer

The XN-430 is the closed-tube member of Sysmex's XN-L family, aimed at the office or clinic lab that wants XN-Series technology in a small footprint. It uses fluorescent flow cytometry for the white cell differential, DC impedance with hydrodynamic focusing for RBC and platelets, and the cyanide-free SLS method for hemoglobin, reporting a six-part differential with immature granulocyte enumeration on every sample and requiring no additional prep or reagents to do so. Throughput is up to 60 samples per hour in whole blood mode, and a Low WBC mode improves reliability on leukopenic samples. Learn more about the instrument at the manufacturer's product page.

Why practices connect the XN-430

Closed-tube sampling saves the tech a step at the bench. Automatic result delivery saves the one at the keyboard. When the CBC finishes, the result goes to the chart on its own rather than being read off a screen and retyped, and staff are notified that it landed. Fewer transcription steps, fewer places for a count to go astray.

Send XN-430 results to your EHR

XN-430 connectivity questions

Can the XN-430 connect to my EHR?

Yes. ConnectivityWise interfaces the Sysmex XN-430 and posts its results into your EHR automatically, matched to the order where you use one, or filed directly where you don't. Nobody retypes a value.

Which EHRs can the XN-430 send results to?

Any EHR or EMR that accepts results, including Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Oracle Health, Greenway, and PointClickCare. Automatic result upload works with any order and results workflow.

Does quality control from the XN-430 get captured?

ConnectivityWise captures quality control results alongside patient results, so your CLIA records are complete when an inspector asks. What a given instrument reports varies by device, so we confirm exactly what your XN-430 emits during implementation.

What does it take to connect a XN-430?

The Data Sync Agent, one small install on any Windows computer in your organization, collects results from the instrument and syncs them securely to the ConnectivityWise cloud. A single installation covers every instrument and location you have, and a named human guides the setup and validation end to end.
