About the pocH-100i Automated Hematology Analyzer
The pocH-100i is Sysmex's smallest hematology instrument, designed for laboratories running up to about 30 samples a day. It reports a 19-parameter CBC with a 3-part WBC differential from a 15 µL whole blood sample, using hydrodynamically focused direct current impedance counting for RBC, platelets and WBC, a non-cyanide method for hemoglobin, and cumulative pulse height detection for hematocrit.
