About the CLINITEK Status+ Analyzer
The CLINITEK Status+ Analyzer is an automated point-of-care urinalysis instrument that reads Siemens urine test strips and CLINITEST hCG cassettes, returning results in about one minute. Beyond routine urine chemistry it reports albumin-to-creatinine and protein-to-creatinine ratios to help detect early kidney disease, and it doubles as a reader for urine pregnancy testing. Compatible strips include Multistix 10 SG, Multistix 5, 7 and 8 SG, Multistix PRO 10 LS, CLINITEK Microalbumin 2, Uristix and Uristix 4, and Hema-Combistix. Auto-Checks technology checks every strip for humidity exposure, strip identification, and common sample interferences. Siemens offers an upgrade kit that adds connectivity and bar-coding, turning the instrument into the CLINITEK Status Connect System.
