From the instrument to the chart, without anyone typing.
ConnectivityWise sits between your point-of-care instruments and your EHR. When a run finishes, the result files to the chart on its own and your staff hears about it straight away. Here is what happens in between.
The path a result takes
Capabilities vary by instrument. Every connectivity platform, ours included, is limited by what the device itself supports. We confirm exactly what your instruments support during implementation.
One small install connects every instrument you own.
The Data Sync Agent runs quietly in the background on any Windows computer in your organization. It collects results from your instruments over serial, wired, or wireless connections, in ASTM, HL7, POCT01, or a proprietary protocol, then syncs them securely to the ConnectivityWise cloud, which posts them to your EHR.
A single installation covers all of your instruments and locations, however many you have and wherever they are.

Every result reaches the right patient.
You choose how results reach the chart, per workflow. Order optional is convenient, because no EHR order has to exist first. Order required is safer, because each result must match its order, so a mistyped patient ID gets caught before it becomes a chart entry.
Most practices use both and decide which applies where. It is a workflow choice, not a limitation.
With order and withoutThe quiet failure is the one that hurts.
A result that silently fails to post is worse than no automation at all. Staff trust the system, nobody checks the portal, and the patient is discharged without a result. So ConnectivityWise tells you when a run fails and needs repeating, before the patient has left the building.
How notifications workWhat surrounds the result
Automatic upload is the core. The rest is everything that has to be true around it for a clinic to actually run on it.
A real human sets it up. Then you never think about it again.
You do not build any of this yourself. A named implementation lead connects and configures your instruments, checks every result type against your EHR with you on the call, and trains your staff on the workflow they will actually use. It is included in every plan.
