eClinicalWorks point-of-care integration.

Results filed to the eClinicalWorks chart the moment the run finishes.

How ConnectivityWise connects to eClinicalWorks

Point-of-care results are collected by the Data Sync Agent, synced securely to the ConnectivityWise cloud, and posted into eClinicalWorks, matched to the order where you use one, or filed directly where you don't. You don't change your testing workflow, we just automate result delivery.

We handle the interface setup and coordinate with the vendor when needed.
2
Configure the tests

eClinicalWorks integration questions

How do point-of-care results get into eClinicalWorks?

The Data Sync Agent, one small install on any Windows computer in your organization, collects results from your instruments over serial, wired, or wireless connections. It syncs them securely to the ConnectivityWise cloud, which posts them into eClinicalWorks. A single installation covers every instrument and every location you have.

Does this require an interface project or eClinicalWorks IT involvement?

Very little. We handle the interface setup and coordinate with the vendor when needed. Your team adds the test codes and result types in eClinicalWorks so incoming results have somewhere to land, and completes a simple form with the vendor to authorize our access. Then we validate every result type with you before going live.

What happens if a result arrives without a matching order?

If you require orders, every result is matched to its order before it files, and an unmatched result raises an alert for the operator to resolve instead of landing on the wrong chart. If you would rather skip the order step, results file to the patient's chart on their own, with the test, time, and operator captured.

Which instruments can send results to eClinicalWorks?

Any instrument we interface. If it communicates over serial, wired network, or wireless, we can connect it: chemistry, hematology, molecular, immunoassay, urinalysis, coagulation, and more.
